Diverse Cultivating Environment
The quality of a wine starts in the vineyard – and the quality of a vineyard is a function of several factors. From designated growing areas, climate and precipitation to topography, soil type and wind direction, each parameter greatly influences the quality and taste of the final product.
Galil Mountain Winery's six well-kept vineyards are located in the Upper Galilee, near the Winery's facilities. Situated in elevated regions at altitudes ranging from 420 to 800 meters above sea level, each vineyard exhibits a set of distinctive characteristics. This diverse array of cultivated areas means that each harvest features a mix of grapes that uniquely contributes to Galil Mountain's offering. Such diversity, combined with the Winery's cutting-edge production facilities and highly professional staff, enables Galil Mountain to bring out the best in its grapes, and produce complex wines that are rich in flavor and aroma.
Overseeing the entire winemaking process, Galil Mountain's skilled and seasoned winemakers leverage these assets to create a line of wines that reflects the Winery's unique nature.
