"Stav" is the Hebrew word for autumn. Stav wines are inspired by the wild plants and flowers growing in and around our vineyards during autumn, pictured on the labels. These wines can be enjoyed in restaurants only.
Aviv
The Aviv label produces young, fresh, fruity, easy drinking wines designed for enjoying in restaurants.

Single Vineyard Wines
Unique varietals and blends that fully express the vineyards from which they originate. After aging in oak barrels, the wines exhibit even greater aging potential. Available in wine stores and leading restaurants.
