Tasting Note: Dark red in color with characters of plum, sour cherry, pitanga, violet blossom and herbs, along with notes of oak and a hint of butter. A medium-to-full bodied wine with noticeable acidity and a long-lasting, pleasant finish.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 18°C / 64°F.
Aging: Under proper conditions, the wine will age well for three to five years from time of harvest.
