Galil Viognier

Variety: Viognier.
Winemaking: 60% cold fermentation in stainless steel, 40% fermentation in new French oak barrels, and six months of aging on yeast lees.
Tasting Note: Apricot, ripe nectarine and invigorating perfume, with fresh herbal aromas and a delicate background of oak; medium bodied, with a silky texture; long, balanced finish.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 12-14°C / 54-57°F.
Aging: Under proper conditions, the wine will age well for 2-3 years from time of harvest.
