Dedicated to Excellence   
Galil Mountain grows and cultivates 12 grape varieties at its six Upper Galilee vineyards. The varieties include three white (Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc) and nine red (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Barbera, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, Grenache). Led by its flagship wines - Yiron, Meron and Avivim – all blends aged in oak barrels - Galil Mountain's portfolio also includes an array of red and white varietals.

The Winery's vineyards are tended by experienced professionals who are guided by Galil Mountain's management team, which oversees planting decisions including the treatment process and time of harvest of each vineyard.

Given the proximity of Galil Mountain's vineyards to the Winery, grapes arrive at the plant at exactly the right stage of maturity, ensuring a smooth and efficient beginning to the wine production process. The wine remains under the constant supervision and control of staffers throughout the process, while Galil Mountain's seasoned winemakers are personally involved to guarantee a final product of the highest quality.
