Tasting Note: Green apple, lime and tropical fruit notes on a background of minerals and fresh grass; medium bodied, with refreshing acidity; pleasurable and long finish.
Serving Temperature: Best served at 8-10°C / 46-50°F.
Aging: Under proper conditions, the wine will age well for over 2 years from time of harvest.
