Growing Region: Upper Galilee Mountains

 

Varietal Composition: Chardonnay, Viognier, and Muscat Canelli


Style: A Galilean white blend with aromas of tropical fruits and citrus blossom, creating a rich, aromatic wine with accessible, round flavors.

 

Production Process: The grapes were selectively harvested and gently pressed upon arrival at the winery. After a 24-hour cold settling period, the wine was fermented at low temperatures. After fermentation, the wine was separated from the lees and transferred to stainless steel tanks for light lees aging.

 

Harvest: The 2024 harvest season began with a relatively warm winter compared to previous years. Starting in July, temperatures were average for the season, leading to concentrated grapes with high flavor and quality.

Storage & Aging: Store in a cool, dark place. With proper storage conditions, the wine will maintain its quality for 2 to 3 years from the harvest date.

Tasting Notes: Bright deep purple color with aromas of dark berries, raspberries and cherries alongside aromas of vanilla, coffee and French oak.
