Winemaking: The grapes are carefully selected at harvest, pressed gently and half of the blend is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for three months

Varieties:  100% Chardonnay

 

Tasting Notes: Bright yellow in color the wine displays fruity aromas of ripe golden apple, peach, pear and a hint of oak. Notes of minerality with a fresh herbaceous finish

 

Technical Data: The grapes were harvested early in the morning when temperatures were cool. The grapes were pressed and shaded for 24 hours. Part of the wine was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for several months

Galil Alon

The wine displays rich aromas of plum, black cherry and fresh berry, a touch of light grass, and notes of maple and browned butter. With well-balanced acidity and a smooth, silky texture, the wine features a long-lasting and pleasing finish.

Galil Ela

Deep purple in color with delicate and balanced acidity, the full-bodied wine has a long-lasting finish with a velvety texture. The wine presents fruit aromas of black cherry, fresh blueberry, and plum jam, with background characters of clove, coffee and browned butter.

Tasting Notes: aromatic red wine with aromas of blackberries and earth. Full bodied wine with a long pleasing finish

 

  Technical Data: Fermentation with skin at a temperature of about 26 C for 7-13 days. Full malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by 12 months aging in French oak barrels
