The grapes were received at the winery and immediately pressed to obtain the must
After a 24-hour settling period, the Sauvignon Blanc must was fermented to dryness at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks
 The Chardonnay grape must was fermented in wooden barrels to enrich and preserve the wine's fruit aromas and flavors

Varieties: 70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

 

Style: This wine, with a deep red color, displays aromas of ripe cherry and forest berries together with earth, vanilla and oak

Technical Data: Fermentation on skin at a temperature of about 28°

for 10-20 days. Full malolactic fermentation and 13 months aging in French oak barrels. The wine will continue to improve in the bottle for up to 7 years from the date of harvest
